	Exclude any international / domestic flights, airport tax, diving equipment hire, personal items & needs, alcohol & soft drinks, Personal TRavel Insurance and gratuities to guide and crew.

TERMS & CONDITION

RATES

Cruise fares are quoted in US Dollars per person on twin share basis. Cruise fares in US Dollars are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect. The Cruise Company reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly for strong currency fluctuations and various other reasons. Children fares are based on sharing cabin with parents without extra bed.

ITINERARIES

Itineraries are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, availability of sea anchorage, government regulations, and other factors. The cruise company reserves the right to substitute vessel of similar standards when operational requirements demand.

BOOKING

Call your travel agent or Triple-X Adventure Cruises to make a booking. Booking is not firm until an advance payment is deposited. Cruises fare must be paid in full not less than 60 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION

The following cancellation penalties apply unless amended by agreed local conditions:

Outside 60 days	: US$ 100
31-59 days	: 40% of total fare
16-30 days	: 75% of total fare
0-15 days	: 100% of fare

INSURANCE

Fare includes Cruise Accident Insurance. However, passengers are urged to purchase travel insurance from their local agents when booking a cruise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibility of the cruise Company and/or its agent, is limited. They act only in the capacity of an agent for passengers in all matters connected with transportation whether by rail, air, coach, car, boat, or any damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause. Triple-X can not be responsible for any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportation service, changes of schedule, strike of other conditions beyond Triple-X Adventure control. If any cruise is withdrawn prior to sailing date, Triple-X cruises liability is limited to refund of monies received at time of cancellation.

DIVING

Only certified divers who able to produce are certification card and demonstrate diving competency, will be permitted to participate in scuba diving. All divers will be required to sign a liability release form.

BOAT CHARTER

In additions for our published cruise program, Triple-X may be chartered to accommodate the route or itinerary of your preferences. However charter tour must conform to the existing Triple-X programs departure and arrival dates and ports. Charter request must be made by confirmed booking 120 days in advance. Charter sate available upon request.
